“BB” Shabdpreet Kaur is a Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher IKYTA, RYT 200 hours. She completed her Kundalini Teacher Training with Deva Kaur Khalsa in South Florida. Shabdpreet Kaur is a certified facilitator of the Radiant Child Yoga Program ® and trained directly with founder Shakta Kaur Khalsa. Shabdpreet Kaur is available to lead teacher trainings nationwide and internationally, available upon request.®Shabdpreet Kaur teaches children’s and adults yoga classes in South Florida where she lives with her husband and son. ©Shabdpreet Kaur is bi-lingual and speaks English and Spanish. She is very charismatic and enthusiastic.
Her passion for yoga serves as her inspiration to teach others the powerful science of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Yoga has been such a blessing in her life that her personal practice inspired her to share the love of yoga with children and adults. “Yoga Sprouting” is a program developed by Shabdpreet Kaur to spread awareness and consciousness “The Seed to Enlightment. ” The program empowers children and adults teaching the gift of breath and connecting with their body, mind and spirit. ®Yoga Sprouting is helping yoga instructors find placement for teaching.
